		<description>Nice post Karl,
Can we make a pluggin for all these things

1. Enable/Dissable Query from your page
2. Profile your jQuery code. I want to see , how much time it took for jQuery operation for a particular action on my web page.
3. Why no one talks about &quot;Design patterns&quot; for jQuery and anything which is related to jQuery ?
There must be some best practices for it, Is&#039;t it ?

<description>I ran into an issue using jQuerify on some web sites where jQuery was throwing an error &quot;Cannot modify properties of a WrappedNative&quot; due to a conflict between jQuery and the site&#039;s Prototype library.

You might want to add a jQuery.noConflict() call after the library is loaded to prevent conflicts with other libraries.

I&#039;ve written a blog post detailing the &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.ericpberry.com/blog/post/jQuerynoConflict().aspx&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;jQuery WrappedNative error and solution&lt;/a&gt; if you are interested.</description>
